Get ready for a creative and challenging Barre Sculpt and Pilates Fusion workout designed to target your entire body using a chair, yoga block, Pilates ball and light dumbbell.

This unique barre-inspired workout combines strength, balance, mobility and flexibility through flowing combinations that challenge the legs, glutes, core and upper body. The props add resistance, instability and support to create a workout that feels completely different from traditional strength training.

The workout begins with fun cardio sculpt-inspired movements before progressing into deep lunge sequences, barre squats, tucks, side leg raises, hydrants and focused lower body sculpting exercises.

The Pilates ball adds an extra balance and stability challenge while helping activate the muscles more deeply. The yoga block is used to improve alignment, increase range of motion and deepen stretches.

You'll also work the core and upper body throughout the workout with creative barre and Pilates-inspired combinations.

The session finishes with a relaxing pretzel stretch series to open the hips, release tension and lengthen the lower body.
