Here is an intermediate/advanced maximum results Pure Barlates rotation.

If you don't have any of the workouts you can substitute similar workouts as long as the final time frame is approximately the same. If you prefer to have a pure rest day on the 7th day then please feel free to do that.

Day 1: Upper Body and Abs 

Day 2: Lower Body 

Day 3: Total Body 

Day 4: Upper Body 

Day 5: Lower Body and Abs

Day 7: Active rest or yoga/stretching workout
