Stay active while improving flexibility and mobility with this 28 minute bodyweight cardio and mobility workout designed to gently warm the body and release tight muscles.

The workout begins with a standing cardio sculpt segment to elevate the heart rate, warm up the muscles and burn calories while remaining low impact and easy to follow. These movements help prepare the body while improving circulation and coordination.

The second half of the workout moves to the mat for a mobility sculpt section focused on stretching, lengthening and restoring the muscles. Gentle controlled exercises help open the hips and shoulders, improve range of motion and release tension built up from training or daily life.

This combination of light cardio and deep mobility work makes the workout ideal for recovery days, flexibility training or when you want to move your body without high intensity impact.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor!
