Part of my Hormone Friendly Series, this 40-minute low impact cardio and weights workout is designed to build strength, sculpt lean muscle and burn calories without excessive intensity or cortisol-spiking exercise.
The workout begins with 10 minutes of fun, equipment-free cardio to gently elevate the heart rate and prepare the body for strength training. The movements are easy to follow, low impact and designed to keep you in a steady fat-burning zone without jumping.
You'll then move into a 30-minute total body dumbbell workout using moderate weights and creative compound exercises performed both standing and on the mat. Each movement works multiple muscle groups at once to improve strength, coordination, balance and muscular endurance while keeping the workout engaging and efficient.
The controlled pace provides a challenging full body workout without placing unnecessary stress on the body, making it ideal for sustainable training and long-term fitness.
