This workout consists of three barre kettlebell fusion interval workouts that can be done all together for a 92 minute total body blaster or mix and matched to suit any schedule. 

After a warm up you will use intervals of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to blast calories and tighten all those trouble zones. Each workout will alternate between kettlebell exercises to spike the heart rate and barre exercises to lengthen and define. You will burn fat and sculpt lean muscle with these high energy, unique combinations! Finish up with a relaxing stretch to lengthen all the muscles you just worked.

THE 3 WORKOUTS ARE:

Barre Bell HIIT Upper (25 mins): Build strong, defined arms with traditional kettlebell exercises and light weight, high repetition barre exercises. Fast paced and non-stop to give you maximum results in minimum time!

Barre Bell HIIT Lower (25 mins): This one is a total sweat-fest! Targeting all your larger muscle groups with the kettlebells your heart rate will stay high throughout with just enough time to catch your breath during the barre style lengthening combos.

Barre Bell HIIT Core (25 mins): Whittle your waist, flatten your stomach and tighten those love handles with this unique barre bell core workout. Work your core standing, seated and lying to hit every angle and build a sculpted mid-section!

Linda's workout is always effective for me! Time flies and it's so fun! The workout really gives me the effect of cardio and toning. I used to do kettlebells before, but did not enjoy it as much. I thought I would give this a try and now, I'm hooked on this workout! Keep it coming Linda! Can't wait for more of her workouts.

I love Linda and I love this series. I think it's my favorite dvd ever. I love every section and the mix of heavy (or lighter if you choose) kettlebell alternated with lighter weight burn out moves. You do a kettlebell move to 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off... then move to light hand weights and burn the muscle out. Each of the three sections are fun and effective. I want more workouts like this one.

I agree with Brigitte.....this DVD is a lot of fun.....there is no time wasted and that time does fly!  I don't believe Linda mentions the weights of her kettlebells but I used 15lb and 20lb for Upper and Lower, and 10lb and 15lb for Core (I did Core on one day, then both Upper and Lower on another day).  The moves feel fresh and the countdown clock kept me motivated.  I LOVE using the 1lb weights between segments in the Upper segment - my arms were so targeted!  Sometimes I find Linda's transitions a bit quick but heck, I have to admit I have high mileage on me now.  I am a new fan of Linda Woodridge!
