Welcome to the TOTAL CORE FUSION SERIES, 

4 workouts that will target every angle of your core to build a strong and defined mid-section. You will perform standing, seated and lying abdominal exercises using just your bodyweight and various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge!

THE WORKOUTS ARE:

Cardio Core Sculpt (38 mins): Alternate cardio driven core exercises with more focused sculpting work to strengthen and define your abs and back. Using the resistance loop will engage the lower abs and the weights will add intensity to the upper abs!

Broomstick & Mat Abs (35 mins): Use a broomstick to twist your waistline into shape and then hit your lower abs with dance inspired long lever mat exercises. The fast pace of the standing portion will get your heart rate up and burn fat too.

Weighted Core (32 mins): Add intensity to your abs exercises by using medium to heavy weights. The weights will increase the burn on your abs whilst also sculpting lean arms. Utilizing multiple muscle groups makes this short workout highly efficient and effective to maximize your results.

Crunch Variations (25 mins): In this workout I will show you a large range of different crunch combinations to hit every part of your abs. There's lots of new twists on some old favourites!

Linda never disappoints-I struggle with my Tummy and hate doing a DVD just for Abs but Linda gives her ABs excercises a cardio effect as well as incorporating legs or arms into the move-love this DVD and all the others I own by her.

These are some of the absolute best abs workouts!! The broomstick abs has lots of oblique twists to really get into the muscles. It has to be the most fun I've ever had working abs. The Cardio Core Sculpt had a lot of new moves and an awesome format (Linda did a few exercises individually and then layered them together). It also used some weights and loops, which really increases the intensity! The Crunch Variations was a great back to basics abs workout! Of course, Linda came up with some unique variations. I loved the side lying crunches. The Weighted Core was a tough one! My shoulders were burning from the weights- working other areas at once is a favorite of mine since it is super effective. This one is great for switching up your abs routine with some heavier weights.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
