I designed this 65-minute gentle, full body mobility stretch and sculpt workout to support your body during PMS while still helping you move, strengthen, and lengthen.

This is a low impact, feel-good session that combines dynamic stretching, mobility work, and light sculpting to release tension, improve flexibility, and gently activate your muscles without intensity or strain.

We begin seated with a dynamic stretch warm-up to prepare the body for deeper movement. Using a Pilates band, I guide you through posture work and controlled sculpting exercises for the arms and lower body to build strength while opening up tight areas.

A small ball is used to massage the feet and release tension, while a Pilates ball adds instability to seated lower body exercises for deeper muscle engagement.

We then move to the mat for hip-opening mobility work and sculpting exercises, using the band to deepen stretches and increase the challenge. The workout also includes core work with the ball, inner thigh activation, flowing down dog sequences, and a variety of unique movements to keep things interesting and effective.

This is the perfect workout for when your body needs something supportive, restorative, and still beneficial.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from Pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
