Low impact seated workout designed to strengthen, tone and energise the entire body without excessive intensity or cortisol-spiking exercise. Part of the Hormone Friendly Series, this workout is designed to deliver effective results while supporting recovery, energy levels and sustainable training.
This 45-minute total body chair workout combines seated cardio, upper body sculpting, core training and lower body toning using light hand weights and ankle weights.
The workout begins with a fun seated cardio section featuring fast-paced arm and leg movements to elevate the heart rate and increase calorie burn without impact. Next, light hand weights are added for upper body sculpting while continuing to engage the lower body through compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once.
The final section focuses on the core, hips, thighs and legs using ankle weights and creative angle changes to maximise muscle activation and improve strength, stability and mobility.
Modifications are provided throughout, making the workout suitable for a wide range of fitness levels while still offering a challenging and effective session.
