Welcome to the DOUBLE LOOP SERIES, 4 workouts that will burn out all those trouble spots! Using 2 resistance loops you will feel the fire as you perform all your favorite standing and mat exercises. Double the loops – double the burn! But if it’s ever too much, remember you can just drop one of the loops until you get stronger!


Abs (29 mins): This is a oblique and lower belly focused workout using 2 resistance loops to intensify the exercises. You will hit every angle of your abs as well as some upper ad lower back!

Glutes (40 mins): Starting with a tough curtsey lunge sequence you will quickly heat those glutes before moving to the mat. You will see double loop pretzels and leg raises to give you a lifted seat and round shapely buns!

Inner Thighs (32 mins): The standing section consists of a variety of plies and lunges to really heat up those legs and then you move to the mat with the loops to further fry the inner thighs.

Outer Thighs (37 mins): Get rid of those saddle bags for good with these standing and mat exercises to streamline your outer thighs. The double loop system will effectively sculpt longer, leaner muscles!

These workouts are killer in the best way possible! Each workout has unique and new moves that really get into all of those problem areas. The abs workout really activates your outer thighs and has some great oblique work! The glute one is the ultimate booty workout. The first few exercises really activate the glutes from the start so there is a good burn throughout. The mat exercises were intense. The outer thigh workout had some awesome standing exercises to target the trouble area in a new way! And finally, the inner thigh workout- all I can say is that my legs were shaking from the burn. All of these workouts left me sore the next day! I cannot recommend enough.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
