Welcome to the BOUNCE TOTAL BODY Series, a fun series of 4 workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. Each one of these workouts will incorporate cardio intervals and toning segments with a Pilates, resistance band work, barre and mat work. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. These workouts will help you to burn fat, create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability.

THE WORKOUTS ARE:

Cardio Pilates (49 mins): in this workout you will see lots of compound moves such as squats with oblique rotations, lunges with arm extensions, balance hold knee pulls, kneeling thigh exercises with biceps curls, plank leg and arm extensions as well as tons of fun cardio.

Cardio Barre (58 mins): in this workout you will see exercises such as standing pretzel, front leg raises, glute raises with swan arms, oblique knee raises and lots of ballet jumps with flowing arm variations as well as high energy cardio sets. 

Cardio Mat (65 mins): in this workout you will see high intensity cardio intervals and mat exercises such as side leg raises, glute raises, knee pushes, plank knee pulls, table top glute raises and a lengthening stretch to finish.

Cardio Band (62 mins): in this workout you will see exercises such as back rows, biceps curls, shoulder press, lunges with arm extensions, down dog leg raises and abdominal work using the band as well as unique cardio intervals.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
