A complete barre sculpting session combining dumbbells, a resistance loop band, and classic barre moves across standing and mat sequences. Pyramid-style barre sets, wide plie band work, leg extensions, and a mat core finisher. Intermediate level.
BROOKE: ENDURANCE BURNER (65 min)
High-energy endurance training blending cardio sculpt intervals, functional up-and-down moves, and mat-based work targeting quads, glutes, and core. Includes handstands and a tough Asian squat sequence. Expect to sweat.
GINA: ATHLETIC BALLET (20 min)
Athletic ballet meets cardio burn in this 50-second interval session pairing upper and lower body toning with cardio bursts. Compound moves keep the heart rate spiking throughout. Light weights and a chair required.
KATE: PILATES RING & ANKLE WEIGHTS (20 min)
Advanced standing and mat sculpting using 50-second intervals across 20 rounds of progressive overload. Targets quads, inner thighs, arms, and abs with relentless reps and zero mercy.
ROSEMARY: STEP SWEAT & SCULPT (65 min)
Alternating 10-minute blocks of step cardio and compound strength training for a structured total body session targeting upper body, lower body, and core. Finishes with a lengthening stretch. Intermediate level.
