Metabolic Weights (40 min) Moderate pace total body strength workout using medium dumbbells with compound exercises, seated and mat work, balance challenges and controlled movements to sculpt lean muscle.
Mobility Sculpt (65 min) Full body mobility stretch and sculpt workout combining dynamic stretching, posture work, Pilates band exercises, core training and gentle strengthening to improve flexibility and release tension.
