This 40-minute workout combines standing abs with lower body mat work to create long, lean muscle tone using controlled movements, balance work and high reps.
The workout begins with a standing abs section featuring flowing ballet-inspired sculpt exercises, leg raises and multiple angle changes to target the entire core while gently elevating the heart rate into a fat burning zone with no jumping.
The mat section uses ankle weights to deeply target the glutes and thighs through controlled, high repetition exercises performed fully on one side before switching for maximum muscle fatigue and sculpting.
