Welcome to the Focused 10 Mins series. If you are short on time or just want to customize your workout, these express routines are for you. 10 minutes with no time wasted, using easy to find equipment and a fast pace to burn fat and create long, lean muscles. No excuses! Everyone can fit 10 minutes of exercise into their day!

In Focused 5 Mins Weighted Abs you will start with roll ups with extended arms overhead. Then add a chest fly with single leg extension alternating sides. Then 2 chest flies with double leg v-up. Next put one weight behind your head and do extended leg bicycles with upper body rotations. Then bent leg side to side oblique twists. Next, seated side to side twists adding in a leg extension, then keep both legs extended and just twist the upper body side to side. Next a swimmer frog kick first in then out, adding the upper body for more intensity. Lastly a c-sit segment with tucks, arm raises and then an iso hold in diamond shape with arm circles before a final extended arms and legs v-hold.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
