ROSEMARY: INNER THIGHS, OUTER THIGHS & ABS (65 min) High-volume Pilates mat challenge using 50/10 intervals for inner and outer thighs, a pyramid rep ab series, and a dynamic mobility closer. Structured, thorough, and deeply fatiguing.

BROOKE: BUMS & TUMS ADVANCED (60 min) Opens with a cardio sculpt oblique series before moving through standing fold-overs, mat pretzel and plank variations, side-lying glute and outer thigh work, and a 10-minute burnout finisher.

COLLEEN: TIGHTER ASSETS STYLE (60 min) Total body session in the style of the Barlates Tighter Assets series. Weightless arms, light weight posture work, neck-friendly ball abs, and an ankle weight lower body burner using 60-second intervals.

JEN: LOWER BODY & CORE ANNIHILATOR (75 min) Super advanced three-section session targeting quads, glutes, hips, thighs, abs, and deep core. Includes stability ball work, Copenhagen planks, booty band L-series, and a brutal 10-minute heavy ankle weight burnout finisher.
