Challenge your strength, balance and control with this advanced 25 minute Wall Pilates workout designed to sculpt the entire body using no equipment.
Using a wall to increase intensity, this workout features a variety of elevated and inverted movements that deeply engage the core, glutes and lower body. Exercises include down dog variations, all fours sequences and glute bridge movements with feet placed on the wall to create greater resistance and muscle activation.
You’ll also perform dynamic step-up and step-down transitions into inverted positions to challenge coordination, stability and endurance. Additional core work with legs extended on the wall further targets the abdominals, while multiple angle changes ensure the glutes and hamstrings are worked from every direction.
The workout finishes with a straddle position exercise to strengthen the quads and hip flexors, followed by a lengthening stretch to release tight muscles.
This is a tough, efficient workout ideal for experienced exercisers looking for a short but highly effective full body session at home.
