Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ring to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.

In Target 20 Core you will work every angle of your core with mostly standing exercises and a few mat exercises to finish. You will see lots of oblique focused work as well as balance challenge exercises to engage all the smaller, supporting muscle groups. Using the chair to elevate you will find an increased intensity to some obique crunches and rotations. There are a unique mix of fast paced exercises to keep your mind and body engaged. The pace is fast so the heart rate will also get up there. The mat exercises include a number of total body Pilates combinations that will finish off your abs nicely. You will end with a lengthening stretch.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
