Welcome to Bosu Total Body Fusion. These workouts are designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles at the same time so you will create a longer, leaner physique. By the addition of the Bosu to your traditional Pilates fusion workouts you will increase the challenge of all your favourite exercises! The Bosu forces you to use so many more muscle groups as you fight to maintain your balance. 


Bosu Upper Body (22 mins): This is a short, but tough upper body workout that takes you through push-up, plank variations and triceps dips. Your arms will be screaming and your heart rate will be high! 

Bosu Glutes (30 mins): Work your glutes to sculpted perfection using the Bosu to elevate your exercises. You will perform all your favourite Pilates fusion mat exercises to work your butt from every angle. 

Bosu Inner & Outer Thighs (33 mins): Get ready to burn with this innovative thigh workout that will chisel long, lean legs!

Bosu Abs (28 mins): A challenging Pilates style abs workout that hits the core from all angles!

Bosu Cardio Sculpt (20 mins): A high energy cardio and toning workout that uses compound moves to incinerate fat and build lean muscle.

This Bosu DVD is wonderful. Linda is a refreshing change in the world of exercise DVDs (and her YouTube channel, too). She is knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth...not pretentious or flashy. She instructs you one-to-one in a calm space that minimizes any distractions. She pays attention to technique, form/safety; also providing some modifications to make the exercises harder or easier. Each workout is challenging, creative and fun - the time flies for me! I can feel the muscles working...and shaking. Since the workouts are between 20-33 minutes, they can fit easily into most schedules. I highly recommend this DVD!

This series is awesome! It's hard to find challenging Bosu workouts, and this one is extremely challenging. It's easy to make even more difficult by doing things like adding ankle weights. The moves are very different and you will definitely feel the workouts the next day.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
